He was born on February 20, 1972. In 1996 he obtained a degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. To date, has made five individual exhibitions, highlighting those made in 2003 and 2004 at the Treccanni Museum (Milan) and Plus One Gallery (London) respectively, as well as at the Drexel gallery in Monterrey (Mexico) in 2013. He has successfully participated in New York in at least 7 auctions of Latin American art at both Christie's and Sotheby's.



He has been awarded both in his country and abroad, standing out his award at the Palais De Glace Biennial of Sacred Art of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He has also participated three times in the final selection of the MEAM contest of the museum of figurative arts in Barcelona (Spain) where he has a permanent exhibition. In 1998 he received the Fondart Prize from the Government of Chile and was awarded two consecutive times at the "City of Temuco" Biennial, both held in Chile. In 2002 he obtained a postgraduate scholarship at the Arauco Academy taking classes with the Chilean painter Guillermo Muñoz-vera and then becoming part of the academics of that school. In 2003 he obtained a scholarship from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid as a student of Antonio López in the "Painting and Drawing Workshop" (El Escorial). He has also participated in multiple international art fairs such as Dallas Art Fair, Houston Art Fair, Fair of Monaco, Bologna Fair, well as in collective exhibitions.
